Regional sporting events held in Marija Bistrica and Međimurje

Several regional sporting events took place in Croatia. In Marija Bistrica, the sixth Trail ‘Za dušu i tijele Mirko Fulir’ was held, featuring two routes of 12.1 km and 6.8 km. A total of 117 participants competed. On the longer course, Karlo Lešković won the men's category, while Maja Petriško won the women's category. On the shorter course, Nikola Škvorc set a new course record in the men's category, and Marta Haus won the women's category.

In Sveti Marija, the 30th Međimurje Women's Sports Recreation Festival gathered approximately 300 women from 30 associations across the Međimurje region. The event included six different sports and recreation disciplines, such as darts and ball tossing, to promote healthy lifestyles. The festival was held as part of the European Mobility Week program.
