Regional sports initiatives conclude in Teruel and Albacete

The Club Voleibol Teruel has concluded its “Pamesa Teruel Voleibol visita tu pueblo” initiative. Throughout July and August, the project brought volleyball training to 16 different municipalities across the Teruel province, including Monreal del Campo, Alcañiz, and Castellote. The program provided technical instruction and group dynamics for children and youth, aiming to promote healthy habits and sportsmanship.

In Albacete, the 21st tournament of the ‘Pádel Albacete 2026’ provincial circuit was held in Balazote. Organized by the Diputación de Albacete and the Castilla-La Mancha Padel Federation, the event featured 22 pairs. In the men's category, Pedro Ruiz and Sergi Alvarado secured the title after a decisive third set against Pablo Martínez and Alejandro Fernández. In the women's category, Paula Martínez and Celia Tercero were crowned champions.
