Regional sports results for Dutch billiards and youth cycling

Local athletes competed in regional sports events in the Netherlands. In Bergharen, Sjaak Kersten and Wout Loeffen of BV Vriendenkring competed in the third-class three-cushion billiards district finals. Kersten finished in third place with 5 points, while Loeffen finished fifth with 3 points. Raymond Benders and Chris Cornelissen secured the top two positions, qualifying for the regional finals.

In Bergen op Zoom, young cyclists from the Oosterhout-based JEGG-SKIL-DJR team participated in a challenging cyclocross race at WBVC. Despite a difficult, sandy course, several riders achieved notable results. Mels van Mook secured a top-ten finish, placing eighth in the 7-8 year old category. Teun Hakkert finished fifteenth in the 9-10 age group, while Ethan Janssen moved up from 35th to 25th place in the 11-12 category.
