Regional theater productions scheduled in Meppen and Hamm

Various regional theater productions are scheduled for upcoming dates in Germany.

In Meppen, the Theatergemeinde Meppen will present a child-friendly adaptation of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s opera, ‘Die Zauberflöte – Bravo, bravo Papageno’. Scheduled for November 6, 2026, the production features the Sinfonieorchester der Musikschule des Emslandes performing live. The performance is designed for children aged five and up, utilizing colorful costumes, pyrotechnics, and a mix of classical and pop music to simplify the operatic story.

In Hamm, Theater con Cuore will perform a puppet and figure play based on the Pettersson and Findus stories at the Kulturbahnhof. The production, suitable for audiences aged four and up, is set for October 22. The play follows a character named Grandpa Sven searching for his cat, weaving in the classic tales of the elderly Pettersson and his mischievous cat, Findus.
