Regional trade fairs scheduled for Jura and Valais

The Jura Wedding and Events Fair will take place at Dolexpo in Dole on October 17 and 18, 2026. The event features 50 exhibitors, including caterers, photographers, florists, and decorators, alongside six fashion shows. The fair aims to provide couples with a centralized location to compare services and costs for upcoming wedding seasons.

In Switzerland, the Foire du Valais returns to Martigny for a ten-day autumn event. The fair serves as a commercial hub for entrepreneurs, artisans, and producers from across French-speaking Switzerland. It covers diverse sectors such as gastronomy, mobility, tourism, and innovation. This year, the fair is introducing new labels, including a ‘Fait maison’ (homemade) designation for restaurants preparing meals on-site with fresh ingredients.
