Regional updates on actors Marko Janketić and Moamer Kasumović

Actor Marko Janketić is set to perform his monodrama, ‘Mrki – nisam ti ispričao’, at the KIC ‘Budo Tomović’ on September 19. The performance serves as a personal reflection on his relationship with his father, the late actor Miša Janketić, exploring themes of loss, inheritance, and unspoken emotions.

Separately, actor Moamer Kasumović, known for his role as Damir Fazlinović, has largely withdrawn from public life following a 2023 conviction by the Municipal Court in Sarajevo for sexual acts involving a minor. Kasumović avoided imprisonment by paying a fine of 36,500 convertible marks. Following the legal proceedings, he relocated to Bijelo Polje, Montenegro, though he was recently sighted in Gothenburg, Sweden, in October 2024. His legal counsel has previously challenged the legality of the verdict.
