Regional wine festivals promote viticulture in Alicante and Córdoba

Regional wine festivals are highlighting local viticulture and tourism in Alicante, Spain, and Córdoba, Argentina.

In Alicante, the third edition of ‘Quintana en Vendimia’ is bringing together all participating wineries from the DOP Alicante for the first time. Organized by the Alicante City Council, the Zona Quintana association, and the DOP Alicante Regulatory Council, the event features over 40 wineries and approximately 100 local businesses. The program includes wine tastings with over 4,000 glasses, gastronomy, live music, and children's workshops.

In Córdoba, the third edition of ‘Vino Córdoba La Feria’ took place at the Hotel Quinto Centenario. The event featured 30 wineries and more than 120 different labels. The fair aimed to promote the relationship between viticulture and tourism, pairing regional wines with local cheeses to showcase the province's productive identity and gastronomic potential.
