Indonesia’s men’s doubles pair Leo Rolly Carnando and Daniel Marthin captured the Taipei Open 2026 title. After defeating Japan’s Hiroki Okamura and Kyohei Yamashita 21‑18, 21‑10 in the semifinals, they faced Malaysia’s Aaron Chia and Aaron Tai in the final. The Indonesian pair secured a straight‑games victory, 23‑21 and 21‑19, to claim the BWF World Tour Super 300 crown.

The win marked the first Indonesian men’s doubles final appearance at the tournament and gave the Indonesian badminton team its sole title at the event. Carnando noted the need to stay patient against the skilled Malaysian opponents, while the pair’s steady play in the second game turned the match in their favor.
