Reid Harris appointed executive director of Alabama Republican Party

The Alabama Republican Party (ALGOP) has appointed Reid Harris as its new executive director. Harris will oversee the party’s daily operations and work in coordination with Chairman Scott Stadthagen.

Harris brings a background in law and public policy to the role. He previously served as general counsel at BHA Strategy and as deputy general counsel to Governor Kay Ivey. His professional history also includes serving as an assistant attorney general in the Constitutional Defense Division under Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall and working as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Judge W. Harold Albritton.
