Religious activities announced in Córdoba and Coria-Cáceres

The Archdiocese of Córdoba has opened registration for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to serve during the upcoming Mass of Pope Leo XIV in Córdoba. The first phase of registration is exclusively for ministers within the archdiocese and must be completed by parish priests, rectors, or religious community leaders via an official link. Requirements include participation in spiritual preparation and organizational rehearsals, with a volunteer age limit of up to 65 years.

In Spain, the Diocesan Seminary of Coria-Cáceres is launching its 2026-2027 academic year. The opening ceremony, presided over by Bishop Jesús Pulido, includes the Mass of the Holy Spirit and the conferral of the ministry of reader upon seminarian Juan Pablo Puerto González. The event will feature an inaugural lecture by Antero Pascual titled ‘Mirados por Dios para servir al corazón’, focusing on the vocation to service.
