Religious commemorations held in Raška Gora and Goražde

Religious commemorations have taken place in the regions of Raška Gora and Goražde. In Raška Gora, at the Mačja glavica site, a holy mass was held to preserve the local religious and historical heritage. The tradition of celebrating mass at this location dates back to the Ottoman era and continued until 1948, before being revived in 1995 and more consistently since 2011.

In Goražde, a holy mass marked the 15th anniversary of the beatification of the Blessed Drina Martyrs. The service was led by Archbishop Emeritus Vinko Puljić, with participation from local clergy and members of the Daughters of Divine Love. The ceremony honored the courage of the martyrs and the ongoing efforts to preserve their memory through prayer and the maintenance of the church dedicated to them.
