Religious communities hold missionary and seminary weeks

The Paróquia Santa Luzia in Votuporanga, Brazil, conducted a Missionary Week from October 19 to 23. Under the theme “One in Christ, united in mission,” the initiative involved various community groups, including catechists and members of the Terço dos Homens, in visiting families to share religious messages.

In Portugal, the Diocese of Angra is observing the Seminary Week from November 1 to 8. The theme, “Communities that pray, seminaries that flourish,” focuses on encouraging prayer and supporting priestly vocations. As part of the program, three seminarians currently studying in Porto will participate in vocational meetings and testimonies on Terceira Island between November 6 and 8, including a prayer vigil at the Igreja das Lajes.
