Religious and cultural events held across Croatia and neighboring regions

Various religious and cultural events are taking place across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovakia. In Croatia, Mons. Paško Glasnović celebrated his 50th anniversary of priesthood and 75th birthday with a golden mass in Gori, attended by Bishop Vlado Košić and other regional clergy. The event highlighted his service to Croatian Catholics from Kosovo.

Other regional activities include a pilgrimage to Međugorje by parishioners from Trnje, the celebration of Saints Cosmas and Damian on the island of Lastovo led by Bishop Milan Stipić, and the Miholjski days in Miholjan and Lovas, which feature folklore, music, and local traditions.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the parish of St. George in Vitez is preparing for the feast of St. Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, alongside spiritual preparations for the feast of St. Francis. In Slovakia, the Marianka Basilica continues its regular liturgical and spiritual programs.
