Religious leaders hold services in Montenegro and the Vatican

In Montenegro, Metropolitan Joanikije of Montenegro and the Littoral and Bishop Pajsije of Dioclea conducted a Holy Archieratic Liturgy at the Cetinje Monastery. During the service, Archpriest Gavrilo (Raičević) delivered a sermon based on the Gospel, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing spiritual values over earthly wealth and encouraging believers to live according to God's commandments.

In the Vatican, Pope Francis addressed a crowd of believers at St. Peter's Square during his traditional Sunday Angelus. The Pope spoke about the personal nature of faith, urging followers not to treat religion as a mere habit but to seek an authentic, transformative friendship with Jesus Christ. He highlighted that true faith is tested through prayer, the study of the Gospel, and how one responds to the needs and wounds of others.
