Religious leadership transitions in Okučani and Zenica
In Croatia, Bishop Ivo Martinović of Požega officially installed Milan Vidaković as the new parish priest of the Parish of St. Vitus the Martyr in Okučani. During the Eucharistic celebration, the decree of appointment was read, and Vidaković made a profession of faith and an oath of loyalty to assume his new duties. The ceremony also included thanks to the Franciscan Province of Bosnia Srebrena and the outgoing parish priest, Fra Ivo Brezović.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Mayor of Zenica, Fuad Kasumović, received Don Davor Topić in a farewell visit. Topić is concluding a six-year term as the parish priest of St. Joseph's Parish in Zenica and will continue his ministry in Sarajevo. The Mayor praised Topić's contributions to the city, including the renovation of the St. Joseph church, and noted his work with the Interreligious Council.
