Religious retreats for women held in Brazil

Various religious gatherings for women were held in Brazil to focus on spirituality, identity, and community formation.

In Chapada dos Guimarães, 30 high school students from Colégio Salesiano São Gonçalo participated in the 81st ‘Jornada Feminina’. The retreat focused on the theme of the ‘new interior woman,’ encouraging students to reflect on identity, faith, and personal purpose amidst modern social pressures. The program included biblical formation, group dynamics, and religious services led by the Salesian Pastoral team.

In Olinda, the Schoenstatt Sanctuary hosted its third women's encounter, bringing together 125 participants from various female branches of the movement. The event centered on three pillars: self-care, care for others, and the importance of a prayer life. The gathering aimed to strengthen communal bonds and provide a space for spiritual renewal through reflection and shared experiences.
