Religious retreats held for family advisors and Carmelite communities in Poland

In Siedlanów, family life advisors from the Siedlce diocese participated in formative retreats from October 23 to 25, 2026. Led by Father Dr. Jan Kobak, a specialist in family ministry and marriage theology, the sessions focused on the roles of advisor, disciple, and missionary. The program included discussions on ethical and bioethical issues, including the impact of artificial intelligence on life.

Separately, in Przemyśl, a community from Rzeszów held a retreat from October 16 to 18, 2026, centered on the identity of secular Carmelites in the modern world. Led by Father Rafał Prusko, the retreat explored how to maintain Carmelite spirituality amidst daily responsibilities, emphasizing the connection between meeting others, building community, and finding joy through a relationship with God.
