Rema 1000 recalls truffle salami after Listeria detection

Rema 1000 has withdrawn its own‑brand truffle salami from stores after the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet) identified the presence of Listeria bacteria in the product. The recall applies to all batches of the salami sold under the retailer’s label. Consumers who have purchased the product are advised not to consume it and to return it to the store for a refund.
