Reme educators hold 5th Benchmarking for rural and integral schools

Managers and professionals from the Municipal Education Network (Reme) participated in the 5th Benchmarking of Rural and Integral Schools. Held at the Darthesy Novaes Caminha Municipal School, the event focused on the exchange of experiences, projects, and pedagogical practices developed by various educational units.

The benchmarking initiative aims to present successful school projects that can serve as references for other teams while respecting the specific characteristics of each community. Participants included representatives from several schools, such as Orlandina Oliveira Lima, Leovegildo de Melo, and agricultural schools like Barão do Rio Branco and Governador Arnaldo Estevão de Figueiredo.

Francisley Galdino da Silva, director of the Barão do Rio Branco Municipal Agricultural School, noted that the event has grown since its first edition last year. The meeting served to strengthen dialogue between units, allowing teams to share solutions for daily school challenges and learn from different educational realities.
