Remedy Entertainment reveals Control Resonant PC system requirements

Remedy Entertainment has released the official PC system requirements for its upcoming action RPG, Control Resonant, scheduled for release on September 24, 2026. The specifications cover six distinct profiles ranging from entry-level 1080p performance to high-end 4K path tracing.

For players without high-end hardware, the minimum requirements for 1080p at 30 FPS include an Intel Core i5-8500 or AMD Ryzen 5 3500 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a GPU such as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, or Intel Arc A580. The game requires 120 GB of SSD storage.

Advanced graphical features significantly increase hardware demands. Enabling ray tracing at 1080p/30 FPS requires at least an Intel Core i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 3600X and an RTX 2060 Super, RX 6600, or Intel Arc A580. For enthusiasts seeking 4K resolution at 60 FPS with path tracing, the studio recommends an Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080. Notably, AMD graphics cards are not supported for the path-tracing enthusiast configuration.

The game will utilize the Northlight engine and support modern upscaling and frame generation technologies, including NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 and AMD FSR 4.1. It will also feature HDR support, ultra-wide display compatibility, and an uncapped frame rate.
