Remiremont to host cultural and sporting event in August 2026

Remiremont will host a multi-faceted cultural and sporting event on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Originally scheduled for July 11, the event was postponed due to extreme heat.

Organized by the Danse Moderne Academy in partnership with several local organizations, the day will feature a mixed-gender football tournament for participants aged 13 and older at the City Stade. The program also includes dance workshops focusing on traditional African dance and Afro New Style. Additionally, the ‘Nos Cultures, Nos Voix’ participatory exhibition will be held at Espace Belvédère, allowing residents to display personal creations such as paintings, photographs, and crafts inspired by their heritage.
