Olympiacos FC secures Remo Freuler and advances multiple transfers

Olympiacos FC is actively strengthening its roster through several key player acquisitions. The club has officially signed 34-year-old Swiss midfielder Remo Freuler on a two-year contract. Freuler, who joins as a free agent following his tenure with Bologna in Serie A, has completed medical examinations and is set to begin training under coach José Luis Mendilibar.

In basketball, the club has welcomed Senegalese forward/center Embi Diaye. Arriving from Villeurbanne, Diaye expressed his enthusiasm for the atmosphere at the Peace and Friendship Stadium and his goal to help the team achieve a ‘back-to-back’ success.

In football, negotiations are also progressing for Mexican striker Armando González. Olympiacos is reportedly working toward a deal with Chivas, with reports suggesting a potential offer in the range of 8 to 10 million euros to secure the 23-year-old's services.
