Remy Ma releases ‘Alimony’ EP amid public divorce dispute with Papoose

Rapper Remy Ma has released a surprise six-track EP titled ‘Alimony’ amid her highly publicized divorce from Papoose. The project, which includes a music video for ‘Why I Get Married?’ featuring Keke Wyatt, serves as a musical response to the ongoing conflict between the estranged couple.

Papoose has recently engaged in the dispute via social media, posting legal texts that he claims show an offer to trade three properties for visitation rights with their daughter. He also released a diss track titled ‘Jezebel,’ which accuses Remy Ma of cheating and claims he ghostwrote some of her lyrics—allegations she has denied.

The tension extended to a public encounter at a karaoke venue, where Remy Ma reportedly confronted QueenzFlip, a co-host of The Joe Budden Podcast. The confrontation allegedly stemmed from Flip’s positive reaction to Papoose’s diss track during a podcast episode. Additionally, Rory Farrell, a former podcast cast member, also confronted Flip during the same event regarding previous comments made on the show.
