Remy Savage launches Archivio Isarco cocktail menu at Torre

Remy Savage, the Lead Mixologist for the Prada Group, has unveiled ‘Archivio Isarco’, a new cocktail menu for Torre, the restaurant and cocktail bar located atop the Fondazione Prada in Milan.

The project is inspired by the history of the Largo Isarco area, which for decades housed the Società Italiana Spiriti (SIS), a distillery and spirits producer. Rather than simply recreating vintage recipes, Savage aimed to reinterpret the experimental and innovative spirit of the former SIS facility.

The menu is structured into three chapters—distillates, liqueurs, and aperitifs—featuring twelve signature cocktails. A notable aspect of the collection is that each drink is built upon a unique liquid identity, with specific distillates, liqueurs, or vermouths developed exclusively for Torre to ensure each cocktail has its own dedicated base.
