René Casselly and Moritz Hans to miss Ninja Warrior Germany 2026

René Casselly and Moritz Hans, two prominent athletes from the television show Ninja Warrior Germany, will not participate in the eleventh season in 2026.

Moritz Hans is taking a break due to ongoing issues with his left shoulder. After competing every year since the 2016 premiere, he plans to focus on recovery and climbing, with a potential comeback planned for 2027.

René Casselly is stepping away due to professional commitments. He has recently taken on the role of director for Circus Flic Flac productions in Kassel and Bielefeld. Casselly noted that he requires five to six months of preparation to compete for a total victory, and his current circus performances and training for the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo prevent this. He has not ruled out a future return to the show.
