Renardo Nallbani arrested in Palasë regarding Tirana incinerator case

Renardo Nallbani, a man wanted for approximately two years in connection with the Tirana incinerator investigation, has been arrested in Palasë. The arrest was executed by Vlorë police during a specialized operation codenamed "Vila."

Nallbani faces multiple criminal charges, including money laundering of criminal proceeds and participation in a structured criminal group. He was previously ordered to be held in prison by the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) in July 2024. Reports indicate he was a key figure in the incinerator business, specifically linked to the management of waste operations.
