Renata Lusin discusses postpartum body changes

Professional dancer Renata Lusin has shared updates regarding her physical changes following the birth of her second daughter, Tessa, in April. In recent social media posts, the 39-year-old dancer addressed inquiries about her weight and figure, stating that she has returned to her pre-pregnancy weight and may even weigh one kilogram less.

Lusin noted that while she has visible skin changes, she is not putting pressure on herself to achieve a specific look. She emphasized a relaxed approach to her body, focusing instead on training and nutrition. She also mentioned that breastfeeding causes fluctuations in her weight, sometimes resulting in a one-kilogram difference between night and morning.

These updates come as Lusin prepares for the upcoming ‘Let’s Dance’ tour, which begins on November 4 in Riesa and travels through Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. She expressed excitement about reuniting with former dance partner Rúrik Gíslason for the tour.
