Renato Ambrósio's potential move from Band to SBT remains disputed

Conflicting reports have emerged regarding presenter Renato Ambrósio's future in Brazilian television following his departure from Band.

One report indicates that Ambrósio is in advanced negotiations to join SBT, potentially taking over a Saturday programming slot. This source suggests that while a contract is not yet signed, his programs, including 'A Virada de Chave' and 'Viva Sorte', may soon transition to the new network. A formal announcement could coincide with SBT's advertising market meeting in late October.

Conversely, other sources deny these claims, stating that no negotiations have taken place and that the rumors are planted information. According to these sources, Ambrósio has simply concluded his cycle at Band after hosting 'Sabadão de Todos' and that SBT's upcoming projects for 2026 do not include him.
