RENATRE conducts agricultural practice training in Río Negro
The National Registry of Rural Workers and Employers (RENATRE) completed a training cycle focused on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and rural workplace safety in the province of Río Negro, Argentina.
Between July and September, 82 participants, including 50 female rural workers, attended sessions in Villa Regina, Allen, General Roca, Sargento Vidal, and Chimpay. The program combined theoretical instruction with practical workshops on interpreting phytosanitary product labels and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The initiative was organized through a collaboration between RENATRE, the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA), the National Service for Agri-Food Health and Quality (SENASA), CASAFE, the CampoLimpio organization, and local provincial and municipal governments.
