Renault and Alpine to compete in Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine
The Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine will feature at least 74 Renault and Alpine vehicles scheduled for competition from September 3 to 5, 2026. This event marks a midseason return for the Clio Trophy France Asphalte and the Trophée Alpine A290 Rallye following the cancellation of the Rallye Rouergue Rodez Aveyron Occitanie.
The Clio Trophy France Asphalte will see a record 39 crews competing in Renault Clio Rally5 cars. Current classification leader Paul Dachicourt, who also leads the Junior category, aims to consolidate his advantage against rivals such as Maxence Potard, Romain Brun, and Romain Fostier. The Clio competitors will navigate 12 special stages totaling 196.04 km.
Additionally, 10 electric Alpine A290 Rallye cars will participate, marking the longest test in the brand's cup history with 12 special stages covering 145.42 km. Other entries include nine additional Clio Rally5 cars, six Clio Rally4 models, and ten Clio Rally3 vehicles.
