Renault Group appoints Carine Damois as CFO

Renault Group has announced the appointment of Carine Damois as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 14, 2026. Damois will join the company's Leadership Team and report directly to CEO François Provost.

Damois brings over 20 years of experience in financial governance, digital transformation, and corporate services within international organizations. Since 2021, she has served as Deputy Group CFO at Michelin. Her expertise spans management control, treasury, risk management, taxation, strategic planning, and sustainable finance.

She succeeds Duncan Minto, who is leaving the Group after nearly three decades of service. The appointment is intended to support the execution of Renault Group’s 'futuREady' strategic plan, focusing on financial performance, operational agility, and process efficiency.
