Renault India reports 28% year-on-year sales growth in July 2026
Renault India reported a 28% year-on-year increase in passenger vehicle dispatches for July 2026, with 3,293 units sold compared to 2,575 units in July 2025. Despite this annual growth, monthly volumes fell by approximately 19% from the 4,063 units recorded in June 2026.
The Kwid saw the most significant year-on-year surge, with sales rising 95% to 516 units. The Kiger also showed strong annual growth of 56%, reaching 503 units. The Triber remained the brand’s highest-selling model with 1,762 units, though it experienced an 11% decline compared to the previous year.
In contrast, the newly introduced Duster saw a sharp month-on-month decline, dropping to 512 units in July. This represents a 49% decrease from its June performance and marks its lowest monthly sales figure since its launch earlier this year.
