Renault to release limited Grand Kangoo Couleur in Japan

Renault Japon has announced the upcoming September release of the ‘Renault Grand Kangoo Couleur’, a limited-edition 7-seater minivan. The vehicle will feature a unique body color named ‘Orange Colonges’, inspired by the historic architecture of Collonges-la-Rouge, a village recognized as one of the ‘Most Beautiful Villages in France’.

Only 50 units will be produced, and sales are expected to be conducted via a lottery system. The model is equipped with a 1.3-liter gasoline turbo engine paired with a 7-speed electronic controlled automatic transmission (7EDC). Key features include a flexible interior with three independent rows of seats that can slide, fold, or be removed, as well as ‘Extended Grip’ technology for improved traction in outdoor or snowy conditions.

Other specifications include black bumpers, 16-inch all-season tires, roof rails, and a double back door. Detailed pricing and further information are scheduled to be released in September.
