Renault unveils E-Space Concept electric vehicle
Renault has introduced the E-Space Concept, an all-electric concept vehicle designed to reinterpret the brand's legacy of the original 1984 Espace. Presented at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, the concept aims to challenge current SUV aesthetics by prioritizing interior living space and architectural design principles.
The vehicle features a silhouette inspired by high-speed trains and Bauhaus architecture, utilizing large glass surfaces on the sides and roof to maximize natural light within the cabin. Measuring 4.70 meters long, 2.02 meters wide, and 1.67 meters high, the concept includes 23-inch wheels and a distinctive U-shaped lighting signature at the front.
Renault Group Chief Growth Officer Fabrice Cambolive stated that the concept adapts the brand's 'voiture à vivre' philosophy to the electric era, focusing on creating a spacious and versatile environment for future generations.
