Renault unveils electric Twingo at Rome's House of Frog installation
Renault installed a large frog-themed exhibition called the House of Frog in the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome during the Roma Summer Fest. The open‑air space features a life‑size frog sculpture, a bar and lounge area, and showcases the new Twingo E‑Tech Electric city car. The installation, designed by Italian artist and designer Marcantonio, follows a similar showcase presented at Milan Design Week 2026.
Renault Italy’s CEO Sébastien Guigues highlighted the event as a way to connect with the public beyond traditional showrooms, noting that the Twingo has sold 500,000 units in Italy since 1993, with about 150,000 still on the road, making the country the second‑largest market after France. Visitors receive a frog‑shaped car air freshener as a souvenir.
