Renault updates Clio E-Tech and 5 E-Tech electric models

Renault is introducing updates to its vehicle lineup, including the hybrid Clio E-Tech and the 2027 model year Renault 5 E-Tech electric. The sixth-generation Clio features a redesigned exterior with more dynamic proportions and updated LED lighting, alongside a redesigned dashboard offering integrated digital displays and various safety assistance systems.

The Renault 5 E-Tech electric for 2027 will feature improved aerodynamics and battery electronics to increase range. The Comfort Range variant with a 52 kWh battery is expected to reach up to 417 km WLTP. New technological features include SmartMode, which automatically selects driving modes, and the integration of Gemini AI into the Google-based infotainment system. Additionally, the vehicle will support Qi2 wireless charging.
