Renk Group of Germany Reports Record €6.9bn Order Backlog and Raises Dividend

German defence supplier Renk Group announced that its total order backlog reached a record €6.9 billion, with first‑quarter 2026 new orders totalling €582 million. At its 10 June 2026 shareholders’ meeting the board approved a dividend of €0.58 per share for 2025, a 38 % increase year‑on‑year, amounting to a €42 million payout and a dividend yield of about 1.08 %. The MDAX‑listed stock closed the AGM day at €50.48, trading below its 50‑day average after a 34 % decline from a year earlier. Analysts noted ongoing capacity constraints, potential U.S. tariff exposure and a recent block sale of 5.8 million shares by KNDS NV that raised the free‑float. The meeting also covered a control and profit‑transfer agreement with Renk GmbH. Renk’s market capitalisation stands at roughly €5.2 billion, with a P/E of 53.4, 2025 revenue of €1.366 billion and EPS of €1.00. FactSet forecasts the dividend could rise to €0.72 in 2026, boosting the yield to about 1.45 %.
