Renna Taxi introduces WhatsApp booking for Stuttgart Airport transfers

Renna Taxi has introduced a new booking system for transfers to and from Stuttgart Airport (STR) using WhatsApp. The service utilizes two specific WhatsApp handles to streamline the process for travelers.

The handle @flughafentransferstuttgart is designated for scheduled direct trips to and from the airport. The second handle, @taxiflughafenstuttgart, is intended for taxi and pickup requests for onward travel following a landing.

To request a transfer, passengers provide details such as pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and luggage information. For pickups at the airport, providing a flight number is also recommended. Renna Taxi manually verifies availability and provides a price quote, with bookings becoming binding only upon explicit confirmation.
