Reno music festivals announced for upcoming seasons

Reno is hosting two upcoming music festivals. The Rage on West Street festival is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26, from 2 to 9 p.m. at Wingfield Park. Organized by Alon Burton, Mike Connolly, and Josh Pratt, the event features a multi-genre lineup including The Deadly Gallows, Beercan, Vampirates, Nosebone, and CHX Collective. The festival will include food vendors, a silent disco, and artist booths.

Additionally, the Brighter Daze Festival will take place at the J Resort Festival Grounds on August 29 and 30. The two-day event features 16 acts spanning reggae, hip hop, and world music. Performers include Hirie, who recently released the single ‘Inner Peace’, and Iration, with Wiz Khalifa also listed among the scheduled acts.
