Renova named top value‑for‑money brand in French hygiene market

Renova, the Portuguese tissue producer, was placed in the Top 10 of the Perfumery and Hygiene category in the “Value for Money 2026” study conducted by Shopadvizor in partnership with Éditions Dauvers. The study, which evaluated 345 consumer‑goods brands on the basis of 41,248 French consumer reviews across five categories (beverages, grocery, dairy/frozen, perfumery‑hygiene, and cleaning), singled out Renova as the only specialist paper‑tissue brand among the highest‑rated.

The recognition underscores Renova’s two‑decade presence in France, highlighted by the opening of its Saint‑Yorre manufacturing facility in 2015 to supply toilet paper and kitchen rolls to the French and broader European markets. The company has also launched France‑specific lines such as Renova Unique, a five‑ply toilet paper, and the Renova Magic range, reflecting a strategy of local adaptation and value‑focused product development.
