Stockholm districts Västerort and Söderort see large rental listings

Multiple rental listings have been posted for apartments in Stockholm’s western district of Västerort and southern district of Söderort. The Västerort ads describe roughly 100 m² units on Torshamnsgatan, while Söderort listings feature about 80 m² apartments on Hässleholmsvägen. Rental prices are not disclosed in the entries.

Recent statistics show 1,407 vacant apartments in Västerort (59 new listings and 56 rentals recorded yesterday) and 1,978 vacant units in Söderort (28 new listings and 39 rentals recorded yesterday). The data includes additional comparable listings in nearby neighborhoods such as Sundbyberg, Nacka and Kungsholmen.
