Sweden adds new rental apartments in Trelleborg, Borås, Kungsholmen and Åstorp

Several Swedish cities have posted new rental apartment listings. In Trelleborg, a one‑room unit on Johan Kocksgatan of about 40 m² is offered for roughly 7,000 kr per month, while larger apartments up to 75 m² are also advertised. Borås lists a three‑room flat on Guldbrandsgatan of approximately 65 m² with a monthly rent of around 7,000 kr. Stockholm’s Kungsholmen district features a 70 m² apartment on Olof Gjödingsgatan, priced at about 6,500 kr per month, and a smaller one‑room unit of 20 m² at 6,500 kr. Åstorp (Kvidinge) offers a two‑room apartment on Boulevarden of roughly 70–85 m² with rents near 10,500 kr per month. All listings are standard private‑rental offerings and were activated on the platform in late July 2026.
