Rep. Kevin Hern discloses multiple stock sales via family foundation

Representative Kevin Hern (Republican-Oklahoma) has disclosed several stock sales conducted through the ‘Hern Family Foundation’ account. According to filings disclosed on September 1, 2026, the transactions occurred throughout late August.

Specific divestments include between $50,001 and $100,000 in shares of Home Depot and Procter & Gamble, and between $15,001 and $50,000 in shares of Medtronic. Other reported sales include amounts ranging from $1,001 to $15,000 for Marsh & McLennan Companies, Lowe’s Companies, and Microsoft.

Separately, Nike CEO Elliott Hill reported the disposition of 9,462 shares of Class B Common Stock on September 1, 2026. The company stated the shares were withheld to meet tax requirements following the vesting of a restricted stock unit (RSU) award rather than being an open-market sale. Hill maintains a direct position valued at approximately $14.25 million.
