Rep. Rick Larsen urges US Coast Guard to review spill response for Alberta‑BC oil pipeline
U.S. Representative Rick Larsen, the leading Democrat on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, sent a letter to a senior U.S. Coast Guard official requesting a review and update of oil‑spill response plans.
