REPLOID Group AG expands retail reach and increases HEROSAN stake

REPLOID Group AG is expanding its retail presence and vertical integration by increasing its stake in Styria-based HEROSAN Healthcare GmbH to over 50%. This move expands the Group's portfolio in the pet nutrition and animal health sector.

REPLOID utilizes Black Soldier Fly larvae within its ReFarmUnits to process organic food industry residues into proteins, fats, and insect frass. The company is leveraging these outputs for various consumer products, including the Schnauze & Co dog food brand, Vitus organic gourmet mushrooms, and the upcoming REGREEN fertilizer line.

Additionally, REPLOID is preparing to launch four new Alimentastic brands in Germany and Austria based on its raw materials. Biogena Management Holding GmbH has also acquired a 13.7% stake in HEROSAN.
