Reploid Group AG reports 9.4 million euro annual profit

Reploid Group AG, a Swiss-listed insect scale-up, has reported a significant financial turnaround for the 2025 fiscal year. The company achieved a revenue jump to 37.9 million euros, up from 5.1 million euros the previous year, and reported an annual profit of 9.43 million euros. This marks a substantial recovery from the previous year's loss of 1.0 million euros.

The profit was primarily driven by the company's plant engineering division, specifically through the sale of modular insect farming systems known as ‘ReFarmUnits’. A completed facility in Burghausen, Germany, is designed to process 9,500 tons of food industry waste annually using black soldier fly larvae to produce proteins, fats, and fertilizer. The company also noted that much of the year's revenue was concentrated in the second half of the year due to the seasonal nature of project orders.
