Report alleges international coordination behind France protests

An investigative report by Fox News Digital has identified 54 organizations and movements allegedly involved in supporting or amplifying protests in France. The report characterizes this network as ‘Chaos Inc.’, suggesting a transnational connection between communist and socialist groups, student organizations, labor unions, pro-Palestinian activists, and international media outlets.

Of the 54 groups identified, 16 are described as student or youth organizations, including communist youth groups and Muslim student associations. The remaining 38 consist of adult-led communist groups, political parties, trade unions, and advocacy organizations. The report highlights a social media post by academic Vijay Prashad, who drew parallels between unrest in Paris, New Delhi, and Buenos Aires.

Prashad serves as the executive director of Tricontinental Ltd., a nonprofit funded by American-born technology entrepreneur Neville Roy Singham. Additionally, French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu has accused the left-wing political party La France Insoumise (LFI) of ‘sowing chaos’ by utilizing student and cost-of-living protests for political gain ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
