Representative Robert Garcia vows aggressive investigations into Trump family

Representative Robert Garcia (D-CA) has announced that Democrats intend to launch aggressive investigations into the Trump family and their billionaire donors starting on day one. Speaking on MS NOW’s “The Beat,” Garcia emphasized the need for subpoena power and document access to uncover the full extent of alleged corruption and pay-to-play schemes.

Garcia stated that the scale of corruption currently occurring, which he claims is aided and abetted by Donald Trump, is unprecedented in the country's history. He also indicated that impeachment of cabinet members involved in illegal activities remains an option on the table. Beyond the Trump administration, Garcia noted that oversight efforts would also target abuses within ICE and DHS, investigations related to Jeffrey Epstein, and corporate actions by figures such as Elon Musk.
