RepSpark raises $22 million to expand B2B e‑commerce platform
RepSpark, a B2B wholesale e‑commerce platform serving sport, outdoor, golf and lifestyle apparel brands, announced a strategic investment of $22 million from software growth‑equity firm Headlight Partners. The funding will be used to accelerate platform development, expand enterprise capabilities, deepen AI‑powered tools, grow its ERP integration ecosystem and strengthen customer‑success infrastructure. Based in Anaheim, California, RepSpark supports more than 250 brands and 100,000 retailers worldwide, processing over $4 billion in annual B2B transactions. Golf is its largest vertical, with about 80 % of Association of Golf Merchandisers buyers using the platform. CEO Meghann Butcher said the investment validates the company’s vision, while Headlight Partners’ co‑founders Jack Zollicoffer and Cam Salem highlighted RepSpark as a market‑standard B2B software business.
