The party expressed interest in whether the current parliamentary majority will take action on issues surrounding the central bank, specifically regarding the removal of salary caps within the financial sector.

Repubblica Futura emphasized the need to better value Sammarinese human capital within the financial industry. They argued that after 21 years of the Central Bank's existence, the sector should not rely solely on foreign experts. Instead, the party advocates for developing a local leadership class capable of managing finance in alignment with European standards and the Association Agreement with the European Union.
